When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 5-7 business days after being received. We do not ship on Tuesday’s or Wednesday’s, so orders placed after Wednesday morning will not ship until Thursday. On rare occasions, if an item is on backorder, we will contact you ASAP to see how you'd prefer to proceed.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated with a shipping calculator at checkout. In the event that estimated shipping costs are higher or lower than actual costs, we may contact you to about additional shipping charges, or refund any overage.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the world serviced by USPS!
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number.
Lost or stolen packages
Please ensure your package is shipped to a secure location. If a package has been scanned as delivered, theft is outside of our control. We are unable to offer refunds for stolen packages
*PLEASE NOTE: Plants will ship within 5-7 business days. Plants will require watering upon arrival. We suggest doing further research for care in your type of weather and home environment. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the plant alive.
*Please track your package closely and take plant in as soon as it’s delivered. Please do not leave package on doorstep. Please be sure to open the box and cut wrapping very carefully. If there is any issue with the order, customer MUST CONTACT WITHIN 24 HRS of receiving the order with clear images showing the issue and we will work things out accordingly.
